Review: Konjac Sponge

My next review is of the MY Konjac Sponge Bamboo Charcoal Facial Sponge. The MY Konjac Sponge is made exclusively with the konjac fiber, a pure vegetable fiber taken from the root of the Amorphophallus Konjac plant. Konjac plant, also known as konnyaku potato or elephant yam, is a plant that is native to eastern Asia. Konjac root is rich in minerals, vitamins, and it has been traditionally used as a beauty treatment for a long time in eastern Asia.
This is a very simple, easy to use, well-made product! I love how the sponge doubles as a washcloth and an exfoliator. This Konjac sponge is very versatile and works miraculously on cleaning the dirt and oil out of your pores! All you have to do is wet the sponge and voila! it is ready to use alone or with your favorite deep skin cleaner. I use it with my skin cleaner and rub it in circular motions that are not too rough on my face. Just make sure that you leave it out to dry completely before your next use and make sure that it is not enclosed in a tight drawer or plastic packaging to prevent mildew from forming.
