Review: Charcoal Brands

My next review is of the Coconut Activated Charcoal Powder by Sagano and the Charcoal Teeth Powder with Sage by Moody Zook, both which can be bought on Amazon! I'm really excited to do this next review because I have been waiting to review charcoal for a while now because I've heard of the great benefits that it has on skin and hair.
The benefits of activated charcoal are endless! Activated charcoal is a natural adsorbent that binds with various impurities including stains from coffee, tea, or other tooth-staining beverages and foods. With weekly use, it helps improve gum health and prevent tartar or plaque buildup, which causes tooth decay. Because of its very fine powdery texture, you can also safely use it in your regular skincare ritual at least once or twice a week, for gentle exfoliation and pore cleansing.
These two powders are basically the same, but I am going to use them for two different things just to test them out separately. I will use the coconut activated charcoal powder for eating, drinking and for use in face masks and I will use the charcoal teeth powder with sage solely for my oral health habits. So for Sagano, I have taken a teaspoon of charcoal and mix it with a cup of water every morning. There has been a slight difference in how I feel in the morning, but doing this has increased my water intake and helped me feel more refreshed throughout the day. Moody Zook's charcoal powder has been great so far in my oral hygiene regimen. Like they state, using just a pinch of this amazing teeth whitening powder on your toothbrush as a toothpaste alternative two to three times a week will yield great results and I am happy to say that I have noticed a significant difference within two weeks of use. Just after one week, I have noticed the yellowness in my teeth dim down and the pearly whites shine through!
As usual the Amazon orders were quick and there was no hassle in receiving the packages! Everything came in a tidy and professional manner and I am happy with both products. These are now essential parts of my daily regimen and I will definitely consider buying more to keep up with the results that I have gotten.
