Products for Great Hair and Skin! UPDATED

Hi Everyone,

My next review is of the Raw Organic Unfiltered Shea Butter by Beauty by SheaJojoba Oil by Leven Rose and Maximum Strength Biotin for Hair, Skin and Nails

Shea butter has many properties and it is known to help reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. It quickly penetrates the skin to immediately protect and infuse with rich lasting moisture and it deeply nourishes and hydrates dry scalp or damaged hair which helps to reduce dryness and flakiness. I am very critical of products that claim to be 100% organic or natural, especially shea butter because there are so many companies out here that supply it. Real, unrefined shea butter is off white/ivory to light yellow in color and will be a bit grainy due to its natural texture. This product fits that criteria and I am glad to have bought it! I even had my dad smell it (we're Nigerian) and he said it smells just like the shea butter back home! The shea butter came with a little tin to keep some in and I thought that was really nice! The product is very thick and is an off-white/ivory color with a nutty smell. Just how shea butter should be!

For my hair and skin regimen, I also use shea butter to protect and seal my ends to prevent split ends and I apply it on my skin to prevent stretch marks and fade scars and to moisturize my skin in general. I have an ample supply of shea butter and essential oils, so I made a few jars of shea butter creme and they turned out really well!

The Leven Rose Jojoba Oil is a miracle worker for my skin and hair. I love using this oil on my skin because it is so light and does not leave my face looking greasy and oily in the morning! I have very curly/coily hair, but this jojoba oil leaves my hair naturally smooth, silky and healthy, while repairing my dry, frizzy, and brittle ends. Jojoba oil is known to naturally moisturize and soften skin, so I always use this oil right after I get out of the shower and before I head to bed!

Biotin, also known as vitamin H or B7, and often grouped with the B-complex vitamins, is a water-soluble vitamin that can be produced in the body as well as obtained from foods. Biotin is also known to strengthen nails, hair, and skin. It has become a big trend in the natural hair community for women looking to improve hair growth and retain length. Biotin works mainly by thickening nail and hair cuticles.

I have been taking this supplement for almost a month and I really like it so far! I am using Biotin to strengthen my nails/cuticles and improve my hair growth. The bottle size is convenient for putting it on your dresser or putting it in your purse! This bottle came with 90 pills and it is recommended that you take one at least once a day. The pill casings are clear, the biotin powder is white and is enclosed in "Veggie Capsules", so this product can be considered as vegetarian. There is no taste to the pills and they go down easily with or without water.

Best wishes & Xoxo,
