Review: Essential Products for Body & Hair

My next review on this blog is of Aloe Vera Gel by La Lune Naturals and 100% Raw Organic Unrefined Shea Butter by BioFinest LLC!
La Lune Naturals describes their Aloe Vera Gel as being 99.75% organic, cold pressed Aloe Vera, grown and bottled in the USA. BioFinest describes their Shea Butter as being rich in Vitamins A, E, F, antioxidants and essential fatty acids.
Aloe Vera is known to be excellent on skin, a natural and very safe moisturizer, and a skin softener. It absorbs rapidly, leaving your skin smooth and silky, and has no oily or sticky residue. Shea butter has many properties and it is known to help reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. It quickly penetrates the skin to immediately protect and infuse with rich lasting moisture and it deeply nourishes and hydrates dry scalp or damaged hair which helps to reduce dryness and flakiness.
Shea butter and aloe vera gel combined is my favorite product for my skin and my hair! I go to school in California and aloe is very essential to keeping my skin protected from the hot sun. After showering, I like to apply aloe vera gel to my skin to seal in moisture, then I apply shea butter and sunscreen and then I am set for the day! In my natural hair regimen, I also use aloe vera gel as a pre-poo to combat dandruff and keep my hair moisturized before shampooing. For my hair and skin regimen, I also use shea butter to protect and seal my ends to prevent split ends and I apply it on my skin to prevent stretch marks and fade scars.
Now that I have an ample supply of shea butter and essential oils, I plan on making a shea butter creme! I plan on using the recipe of my favorite natural hair vlogger: Naptural85 who has an awesome video called Do It Yourself: Natural Homemade Creamy and Fluffy Shea Butter Cremes Recipe. The shea butter also came with a Premium Shea Butter Recipe E-Book and I plan on using that as well!
